  • What is Human Trafficking?

Is when a person uses force, coercion, abduction, fraud or deception to control another person’s vulnerability for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts or labor or services against his/her will.  In general, human trafficking is a form of slavery where people profit from the exploitation of others.

  • What should I do if I think someone is being trafficked?

If you believe the situation is an emergency, please dial 911; otherwise, contact the National Anti-Human Trafficking Hotline at 888-373-7888.

  • Does human trafficking really happen in Madison and Union County in Ohio?

Yes! While it is not as visible as seeing prostitutes on each street corner. We know for a fact it is happening in our counties. In rural areas, human trafficking is more hidden in residential homes or in local hotels.

  • How do I learn more about human trafficking?

Check our Events page to see upcoming training opportunities or request a speaker to come talk to your small group or church.

  • What donations does She Dreams Again currently need?

Right now, our greatest need is financial support. We need to raise $70,000 to open and have a solid financial base for the first year. Once we can open our home we will have many other needs.

On occasion, we are currently mentoring several trafficked survivors who have needs from time to time which we send out an email to those on our newsletter mailing list and post on our Facebook page.

  • I am unable to help financially, how can I support She Dreams Again God given vision?

We can always use the power of prayer!

Additionally, volunteers are needed to help at our special events and fundraiser events.
