Cost: FREE! We believe self-defense knowledge should be accessible to all. If you feel led, donations to She Dreams Again are welcome. 

Learn how to protect yourself with confidence! Join us as Shawn Fritz, owner of Shawn Fritz Grappling, guides us through effective self defense maneuvers. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this is an empowering opportunity to gain practical skills in a supportive environment.

This is our 7th annual 5k walk/run just with a new name! Also, this year we will be doing a 1-Mile, 5k and 10k. We are already gearing up for this event as we've partnered with Plain City Nutrition who will be bringing a variety of their teas, and Rocky Mountain Coffee Co will also be there with their trailer with coffee, drinks, and pasteries. We are also looking for business sponsors.
