Restored Hearts, Reclaimed Lives
She Dreams Again’s Mission is to provide physical, spiritual, and emotional assistance to women that have been exploited.
We seek to restore their hearts through Biblical discipleship and equip them to be self-sufficient by teaching life skills. Our vision is that these women will individually grow physically, mentally, financially, and spiritually through community.
Our goal is for them to know who they are in Christ, the purpose for which God has created them as well as grasping the practical skills needed to be successful in society.
We also educate the community, provide healing for trauma training, and and taking speaking requests.
Many people want to make a difference in the world but struggle to know how. We aim to connect the local community to the needs of trauma and human trafficking victims so that together people can experience healing and purpose in life.
We also speak and/or do training whenever we can to build awareness and increase protection for the vulnerable in the community. Survivors need the community in order to become whole. Just as importantly, the community needs to be engaged in meaningful outreach to experience a whole and purposeful life.
Our vision is that our women will grow as individuals physically, mentally, financially and spiritually through community. That they may gain the life skills needed to be self-sufficient, know who they are in Christ and their purpose God has created them for. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful,I know that full well.” Psalms 139:14
We are committed to operating transparently and being good stewards of the finances we receive. We will not accept funds that come with “strings attached” (conditional funding).
We believe that only Jesus can transform lives from the inside out. While here on this earth, He patterned how to reach the lost world by the way He lived. We want to emulate Him in our interactions with the people. We believe we are called to continue the mission He began when He said, “He hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives… To set at liberty them that are bruised” (Luke 4:18).
The truth of the Gospel and a Biblical worldview is the guiding principle that undergirds all our decisions and associations. Additionally, a deep understanding of the world in which we live and the truths that accompany this world are fundamental to all our decisions.
